1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original, pristine condition.

  • Packaging: All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

  • Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Items purchased during a Sale, Clearance, or via a discount code.

    • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

2. The Return Process

  1. Request: Contact our support team via email or phone with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will provide you with specific return instructions.

  3. Authorization: Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they may not be accepted.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Delivery: Once an exchange is processed, the new product will be delivered within 7 business days.

  • Out of Stock: If the desired item is unavailable for exchange, a refund will be issued as per our standard policy.

4. Refund Policy

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Method: Approved refunds are credited exclusively to the original payment method.

  • Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway’s processing times.
